TrigValidation: update data22 ART inputs, and set superCellWithBCID=True in runHLT_standalone

This MR is updating the data22 input files used in trigger ART tests to use a more recent Enhanced Bias data run (run 440499 supersedes run 431885), as discussed in ATR-26936. The new files are already on cvmfs. We have 2k events for the EnhancedBias stream, and 1k for Main. The files are below 2 GB not to stress cvmfs too much.

Besides, superCellWithBCID=True was added to runHLT_standalone, in order to use the SC_ET_ID supercell container in LArRAWtoSuperCell when reading ByteStream data.
