Add AugVerStrings flag to LLP1

This MR adds a flag to LLP1VSITPThinningTool in CA config of LLP1 in python/LLP1.py, which is already present in the legacy config of LLP1 at share/LLP1.py.

Adding @ancsmith and @jburzyns as users of DAOD_LLP1.
