2023 heavy ion menu cleaning

  • Remove AFP triggers from PhysicsP1_HI_run3_v1.py menu since they will not be used for 2023 Pb+Pb runs
  • Refine logic for ZDC_A and ZDC_C as discussed in ATR-26984
