More tests with Acts RunConsistencyChecks

• check sensor centers and print warning for mismatched centers or normals. Ignore differences in (x,y) of endcap strips' center(), which is somehow slightly different.
• compare Acts with Trk for globalToLocal and localToGlobal for each point.
