Updating tier0 art test to use new muon idtp chains

Harry Simpson requested to merge hsimpson/athena:muon_idtp_update into master

Update to the tier0 nightly ART test to monitor the new unbiased muon tag and probe chains ('idtp'). Old 'idperf' muon tag and probe chains are kept for comparison purposes.
