Remove obsolete TrigAnalysisExamples package

Closes ATR-27134, relates to ATR-19150

This package is now old and obsolete. While replacing it eventually would be a good idea, keeping it as it is is actively harmful as it encourages people to use it as example code (as its name recommends) rather than looking at the actual documentation on the twiki...

This replaces !61720 (closed) as that was targeting the wrong branch
