Updating input RDO to fix ITK trigger test

As title describes, setting up HGTD causes this ITk test to crash using the previous RDO with ATLAS-P2-RUN4-01-00-00 geometry. Instead of disabling HGTD, the input has been updated to use a RDO with ATLAS-P2-RUN4-01-01-00.

Fixes ATR-27187 (ticket meant for 23.0 but test is no longer running in 23.0, however the bug was swept to master).

Why don't you rather update the geometry so you can keep HGTD included?

The system determined that CI tests (with names matching "^CITest_SimulationRun(2|3)FullSim.*$") are not needed for this code change. They are not run. This is not an indicator to restart the job.
