ATR-26014 Temporary fix, split paired bunches into trains

Removes CalReq and BCRVeto bunchgroup ranges from paired to avoid having a single bunchgroup in paired

Full fix will involve reading the correct bunchgroup from the recorded data and writing that JSON, but this will stop needing to use ignoreErrors=true and fix the test_trigP1_v1PhysP1_T0Mon_build and other associated trigger reprocessing nightly tests
