RunEgammaOnly from ESD

Fernando Monticelli requested to merge fernando/athena:RunEgammaOnlyFromAOD into main

This is a JO setup to do the last stage of egamma reconstruction from ESDs.

This is aimed to be used for the https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/EFTRACK-167 qualification task. But it seems useful to have an ESD2AOD e/gamma only recopnstruction in adition to the current RDO2AOD JO.
