Rename NSW segment maker

Hi everybody,

this MR cleans up with the confusing naming convention in the NSW, okay not all of it but a bit.. There exists the MuonClusterSegmentFinder aaand sounding very similarily the MuonClsuterSegmentFinderTool... Can you guess the difference?

The first one is used to cluster TGC & RPC hits and the other one is to reconstruct the NSW segments. Solution -> rename to IMuonNSWSegmentFinder.
