Updating the standard z->ee and ->mumu art jobs to use tag and probe chains

The Z->ee and Z->mumu tag and probe chains are the new standard for ID Trigger performance measurements. This update edits the Z->ee and Z->mumu nightly art tests to use these tag and probe chains by default for specific relevant jobs, rather than having a separate nightly art test dedicated to them. The previous Z->ee TnP-specific test is also deleted as it is no longer necessary after this update.
