Add NumResultBits as fixed parameter to SC111 algo def

Reported by @jodamp: The NumResultBits parameter was not set for this Phase-1 L1Topo algorithm, breaking consistency with other algs. Setting it in the menu ensures that no workaround is needed downstream if generically checking for this parameter.
