Draft: Improve Trigger EGamma Emulator python code
This is the second part go the trigger e/g development. Since this package is not used yet by the trigger group, I am improving the python side in order to be more closer than the TriggerMenuMT. Not, the python interface will retrieve the electron/photon sequence from the menu code side and build it using the same idea from the menu sequencer code. This movement will avoid miss configuration from menu and hypo e/g side.
This will not affect anything in the release and the current implementation is not ready. This MR is just to push all modification until now. But more things will be implemented soon.
This make a part of effort to consolidate the analysis/tuning procedure for ringer group (and possible will be used by others) closer to the official code side
