Enable missing AthSimulation ART jobs
Some ART jobs were not being run for the 23.0 and master AthSimulation nightlies as the packages defining the jobs were missing from the project. Not urgent, but should fix ATLASSIM-6539.
NB This MR only affects ART scripts, so should not alter the CI output.
