Fix continuous b-tagging quantile variable in CPalgo output

By default, when using the block configuration for CP algorithms, the NTupling algorithm makes a variable for jets 'ftag_select_<tagger>_<WP>' which for the pseudo-continuous WP actually is always zero. The correct variable to store for this WP is the 'quantile', as done in this MR.
