Restore RoI width to 225mm for the LRT step of the displaced jet trigger

The reduction in default RoI Z width to 180 mm has an effect on the performance of the displaced jet trigger. Set the RoI width for the RoI constructed for LRT tracking within the candidate jets to 225mm. The fullscan RoI width remains as 180mm. The change in CPU usage is small for this change as a limited number of RoIs are constructed per event.
