adding back muon topoetcone20 which was accidentally removed

In PhysLite 'cleanup' for iso variables, etc (MR) the muon topoetcone20 was accidentally removed. As seen on slide 5 proposal, topoetcone20 was listed as BOTH 'to keep' and 'to remove', and so was mistakenly removed. I was informed of this missing variable by @zmarshal. I have checked that the variable is present in a PhysLite file using checkFile.
