ATLASRECTS-7607: fix options of EGammaTrackParticleThinning in EGAM and JETM derivations

When thinninh track particles associated to photons, we need to also give the key of the GSF conversion vertex container to the tool, to eventually thin it. The key is empty by default, but for photons, it should not

build area is cleaned as the previous build was for the MR labeled as full-build
