Draft: DerivationFramework implementation of a new TLA derivation including EGamma + Jets + Trigger content

DerivationFramework implementation of a new derivation format to be used for the Dijet+ISR TLA and related studies. The new derivation format includes:

• HLT jets, photons
• trigger information
• JetEtMiss content
• EGamma content beyond the existing content that is available in PHYS or JETM1.

More information about the format is available in this presentation.

Known issues that need to be resolved:

• determine why truth jets aren't being added & fix
• check truth content handling in TLACommonConfig and TLACommonConfigFunctions
