Cleanup the PhysicsAnalysis, Generators and Simulation using the capabilities of HepMC3.2.5+. The HepMC3 3.2.5+ has compatibility functions for HepMC2, fo a lot of #ifdef HEPMC3 statements can be removed.

@ssnyder , I see a lot of "legacy" code in e.g. D3DpMaker and with e.g. this change or the work that @pclark will do, these codes either should be rewritten or removed. The latter would be preferable, of course. So my question is -- what things can be removed there now?
