Draft: Fix newJO part. Works for electrons, not for photons

If I only do the part related to Electrons (see changes in ElectronChainConfiguration.py), the code runs up to the end. when I include the same line for photons it breaks. Any ideas?! @fpastore or @fwinkl ??? Denis
