SUSYTools - Singlelep trigger SF

Re-enable Single Leptons trigger SF in SUSYTools.

  • Use the R21 map for run2 data
  • Use the R22 map for run3 data (multilep and mixed trigger still not available)
  • Update of the CI reference files (AB/AA)
