TrkAmbiguitySolverConfig.py: do not add InDetTRT_SeededAmbiguityProcessor as public AlgTool

The InDetTRT_SeededAmbiguityProcessor is added as public AlgTool to the configuration but ends up unused. Dropping this line removes 226 unused properties from the JobOptionSvc.
