Adding missing item to derivation framework augmentation example

This fixes a missing item from the example showing how to add simple types (floats, vectors etc) that are not associated with existing containers, to a DAOD. At the same time, fix to settings passed to the example tool (MuonSelectionTool) to ensure it processes run 3 AOD without erors. This change has no impact on any production as the test formats are never made except by users following the examples.
