Remove one variant of nestest sequences to flat structure convertion fucntions

Tomasz Bold requested to merge tbold/athena:rel23-add-tests-for-sequence-serarching-functions into 23.0

This MR removed flatSequencers function and makes flatAlgorithmSequences to also cover the use case served by the former (filtering algorithms by name). The implementation has been improved by better argument names.

Tagging @fwinkl who pointed out confusing implementation of flatSequencers.

Since changes affect CA class requesting full set of unit tests however all uses were in CA and are changed. Tested with trigger new JO menu (required config pickles) and jobs to run.
