Rotated occupancy maps, so that they match other CaloCombined system,s (eta along horizontal, phi vertical) Added high pt range folders to jet web display. These histograms were already being produced but the relevant part of the Jet config files was commented out. Adding JetHLT label but these changes should not effect their monitoring.
