Fix test_Digi_tf_mc20e_ttbar_beamspotsizereweight.sh: (ATLASSIM-6217)

The wrong file name variable was being used in the OLDvsFixedRef command in test_Digi_tf_mc20e_ttbar_beamspotsizereweight.sh. (ATLASSIM-6217)

This MR only affects ART tests and so will have no effect on the CI output.
