Adding SC containers creation

This change should add the creation of LAr supercells containers creation, requested by phase 1 experts in order to be able to optimize some new triggers features. Steered by LAr flags, by default off, should be switched on for special processing, where the SuperCells containers are needed in ESD or AOD.
