TrigValidation: update minbias RDO

Hello,

This MR is updating the minbias RDOs used as input to trigger ART tests (ATR-27484). Hopefully, the use of MC23a RDOs should fix ATR-27128.

The ID test is now using a grid dataset as input, rather than the files on cvmfs. It will now run over 8k events as specified in the test, instead of 1k currently (we have 1k events on cvmfs).
