TrigInDetValidation: add L1.doAlfaCtpin to minbias ART test

Hello,

The test_trigID_minbias trigger ART test was missing a preExec flag (ATR-27542). After specifying it, the test still crashes, but for another reason that will be addressed by ID experts later:
