Draft: Configure delta X and Y cuts in AFP+dijet combo hypo

Configure cuts in delta X and Y for AFP+dijet algorithm. Job options change only. Y and absolute distance cuts very wide since we know that with current parameterization and lack of global alignment Y matching probably won't work.
