Draft: Enable seed redundancy check for the FS and JetSuper tracking

These should provide an approximately 20 % improvement in the tracking time for these instances

Waiting for sign off from the trigger before adopting these settings for online, reefrences expected to change very slightly, have been updated in anticipation of approval
