Externals Update, master branch (2023.07.04.)

Upgraded all projects to atlasexternals-2.0.159. The one update wrt. atlasexternals-2.0.158 is (atlasexternals@2.0.158...2.0.159) a bugfix for ATLINFR-4990.

In short, if "just the wrong" external was missing from a build (find_package(...) was not able to find something), it could happen that the CMake configuration packaged with the installed release would be broken. This happened some weeks ago with the main master_Athena_x86_64-centos7-gcc11-opt nightly, and for a number of days in master--dev4LCG_Athena_x86_64-el9-gcc13-opt during the last week.

Note that the update should not affect the CI system (in fact the CI should be oblivious to this update), so it should be safe to merge in at any point.
