Make ATLFAST3F_G4MS configuration match ATLFAST3 configuration except that ISF Fatras is used in the ID. The effective change is to use Geant4 rather than Fatras to simulate muons in the Calorimeter and also to use Geant4 to simulate low energy particles in the Calorimeter.
