ATR-27872 - Adding j15 topo/pf chains seeded by RD0_FILLED to Physics Menu

This MR re-enables two low-pt single jet support chains to the Physics Menu.

The two chains were previously added to the P1 menu through patches during 2022 data taking, and have not been part of the 2023 menu so far. This MR adds them permanently to the Menu.
