Clean up of unused properties in SiSpacePointsSeedTool

The various classes used for the seeder included several arguments which end up having no effect on the tools, probably for uniformity, but which can lead to wrong assumptions when trying to update the configs. This MR removes such spurious arguments to avoid this.

The production3SpTrigger of the HeavyIon class is also removed as it is unused and some of the unused parameters relate to this.

The CA configs for those tools have also been refactored to more clearly distinguish the properties which are not available for some of the classes.

Run 3 outputs have been checked to be unchanged.
