ATLASRECTS-6783 PixelClusterCreator use DataPool (offline case )

PixelClusterCreator use DataPool for the offline not cache case.

Another fix relating to printing ERROR but still be able to Succeed. In this case we replace we throw . For this ping @jmaurer . I hope these ERROR were not silent.
