Fix McParticleUtils compilation in HepMC2-based builds

John Derek Chapman requested to merge jchapman/athena:McParticleUtils_HepMC2 into 23.0

This fix will only affect the master--HepMC2 nightlies, but merging it here to avoid conflicts.
