TrigAnalysisTest: process only 20 events in build ART test

As noticed by @mark in ATR-27708 and @tbold as well, aod2daod.max_events = -1 introduced in !63224 (merged) causes the test to run over all input events, instead of the 20 events we set by default for build ART tests. This MR is moving back to 20 events by dropping the explicit max_events requirement. Tagging @wprzygod .

I reran the test locally, now it completes successfully.

The system determined that CI tests (with names matching "^CITest_SimulationRun(2|3)(FullSim|Hit).*$") are not needed for this code change. They are not run. This is not an indicator to restart the job.
