remove maxTracksPerSharedPRD from TrigTrackingPassFlags

fix a problem in

ctest -R AthenaConfiguration_AllConfigFlagsTest_AOD_Full_ctest

after !64260 (merged) got merged. Not sure what is special about this flag but it cannot be modified nor added as addFlag - it complains either that the name is incomplete or duplicate respectively
