DataPool : Add test for the other ctor, and fix compilation error

  : m_handle (arena, nullptr, &s_params)
    ^         ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

the matching ctor seems to anyhow want 2 param (rm nullptr)
