ACTS ART tests with 1 and 10 GeV muons

This adds ACTS ART tests with 1 and 10 GeV for the CKF and Ambi. Resolution. In order to avoid an excessive proliferation of these tests (the only thing that changes between CKF and Ambi. is the activation of the Ambi. Resolution) I merge the tests. In other words: we run twice (w/ and w/o) ambi. resolution in the same job. These are single muon samples so the execution is extremely fast. The job will then produce dcube plots comparing the CKF and Ambi with their latest results, as well as comparing CKF and Ambi together. @adye are you ok with this?

I have also remove the ambi test, since it is now included in these... for some reason gitlab thinks it is just a move of the file ...

Concerning the input samples I have not changed those yet. They have to be added in /eos/atlas/atlascerngroupdisk/data-art/grid-input/InDetPhysValMonitoring/inputs/ or maybe /eos/atlas/atlascerngroupdisk/data-art/grid-input/PhaseIIUpgrade/RDO (@tstreble what is the difference?). @tstreble @ncalace @adye should we go directly with geometry 03-00-00? If so, can you point me to them?

If we wanna go with 01-00-00 I can upload the input files there and change these tests accordingly.

There is no difference besides the path. If there are input files used by several tests, it's just better to avoid duplicating them to save disk space. Since the geometry for PhaseIIUpgrade will likely keep evolving over the next years, it's probably a bit more convenient to keep them under PhaseIIUpgrade to allow for updates such as !64211 (merged)

@tstreble @ncalace @adye should we go directly with geometry 03-00-00? If so, can you point me to them?

Yes, that would be better for consistency with the other tests. I've just added
