Change name of ITkConversion flags
Update the name of the ITk Tracking flag for the conversion secondary pass from Tracking.doITkConversionFinding to Tracking.doITkConversion, since the conversion finding actually does not refer to this tracking reconstruction but to the vertexing run on top of those tracks, configured through an EGamma algorithm. This should hopefully avoid confusion.
