B-physics trigger: check the Reco::ITrackToVertex returns valid Trk::Perigee object (ATR-27912)

Fix bug in TrigBmumuxComboHypo and TrigBmuxComboHypo algorithms: check the Reco::ITrackToVertex returns a valid Trk::Perigee object. Very rarely the tool can not extrapolate track to the vertex.
