Minor update to truth tau building in TauAnalysisConfig

Since the primary goal is to run on DAOD_PHYS for data analysis, prefer to use AntiKt4TruthDressedWZJets instead of AntiKt4TruthJets (not available in PHYS), which is the current default of BuildTruthTaus from which TauTruthMatchingTool inherits.
