Update eta definitions for IDPVM in InDetPhysValMonitoringConfig.py:

Select between InDetPVMPlotDefRun2.xml and InDetPVMPlotDefLRT.xml (for plot eta definition) in HistogramDefinitionSvcCfg
Update RttTruthSelection eta configuration in InDetRttTruthSelectionToolCfg
