Creating JSON file for masking of Strip Modules

Bhupesh Dixit requested to merge bdixit/athena:creating_json_files_for_masking_InDetExample into main

This commit will be useful in creating a JSON file with the list of modules in the Strip Detector which will be used later in the masking of modules. I have edited PrintSiElements.cxx to print-out module IDs and added Python script geometry_dat_to_json.py to convert module list obtained from RunPrintSiDetElements.py to JSON.
