Initial changes to get RHadron simulation working in MC23

John Derek Chapman requested to merge jchapman/athena:ATLASSIM-6687_RHadrons_23.0 into 23.0

RHadron simulation has not been tested properly since MC15, so needs some updates before it will work in recent releases. This merge request gets past some of the initial issues found (ATLASSIM-6687). Further development will be required, but it is easiest to merge what we have now.
