Fixing HI jet configuration for ATR-24706

Martin Rybar requested to merge mrybar/athena:FixHIJetConfig into 23.0
  • Final jest shell be built be final iteration
  • Applying pt cut of 15 GeV on output container
  • Fix for seed1
  • Tested in release 23.0.35 before the problem in ATR-28041 appeared.
  • tagging @asmaga @jkremer for HITMF and @stapiaar
