SUSYTools - Add functionality to use common PRW files in SUSYTools

This MR adds the functionality to SUSYTools to use the common MC PRW files created by AMG when the user sets the new property PRWUseCommonMCFiles to true. The unit and ART tests from SUSYTools are also changed to make use of this.
